I submitted my refund request but not received a refund yet
Refunds can take up to 14 working days, after the deadline of Friday 11th September. We have been advised that all customers will receive an email notification from the ticket supplier when the refund is processing,

We’re now putting all our focus on the new festival date and the better days ahead, but our thoughts are also with all those affected by Covid-19 and our incredible NHS staff
